These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seraé website (seraestudio.com) and any purchase made through it (together, the "Services"), operated by Seraé (Pty) Ltd ("Seraé," "we," "us"). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Products & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, including formulation and pricing, accurately. Prices are shown in EUR (€) for consistency across international markets; the amount charged to your card may be processed in South African Rand (ZAR) at the prevailing exchange rate — see our Payment & Currency Policy for detail. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit order quantities, and discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability. Payment is processed at checkout through our third-party payment providers using industry-standard encryption. You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method given.

4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns & Refunds
See our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility, timelines, and process. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return except where defective, damaged, or incorrect.

All content on this site — including the Seraé name, logo, product names, photography, and copy — is the property of Seraé (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use
